On May 9, 2016, IBP-Makati Chapter sponsored Makati Halalan 2016 providing telephone hotlines from 8 am to 3 pm during election day. Premier lawyers from various Makati-based law firms volunteered to participate and render service in the event. 
 

The Chapter also produced IBP Makati Election Day primers which were given to the Makati Comelec Chairman for distribution throughout Makati Voting Precincts.
